These terms cover your use of this website. They're short and written plainly.

They don't cover project work — if you engage Logies Lab to build something, that's governed by a separate agreement attached to your proposal.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse the site, read the work, and get in touch.

Please don't:

• Copy, republish, or resell content from this site
• Scrape it, or harvest contact details from it for marketing
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it
• Use it for anything unlawful

What's on the site

The design, copy, code, images, and layout of this site are owned by Logies Lab Studio, except where noted.

Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of those clients and is displayed with their permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Fonts, icons, and third-party components are used under licence and aren't transferable.

Information on this site

Everything here is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as I can. It's general information about the studio and how it works — not advice for your specific situation.

Prices, offers, and availability can change. Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer to contract — scope and final pricing are confirmed in a written proposal.

Applications and enquiries

Submitting a form on this site — an application, an audit request, or an upgrade menu request — is an enquiry, not a booking, and it doesn't create a contract.

Logies Lab takes on a limited number of projects and doesn't accept every application. If a project isn't the right fit, I'll say so and point you toward a better option. No slot is reserved and no work begins until a proposal has been accepted in writing and the first payment has cleared.

Results shown on this site

Case studies and results describe outcomes achieved for specific clients, in their market, at that time. They're real and I can back them up — but they aren't a prediction of what your business will achieve.

Results depend on your market, your pricing, your service, your competitors, and how you handle the enquiries that come in. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of enquiries, bookings, rankings, or revenue.

Links to other sites

Where this site links out — to client websites, tools, or resources — those sites aren't under my control. I'm not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.

Availability

I aim to keep the site up and working, but I don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It may be unavailable for maintenance or because of issues with the hosting platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Logies Lab Studio isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
